At studio PLATT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please carefully review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. This cooling-off period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing via email at shop@studioplatt.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and contact details.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw. Please note that refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the item to ensure it meets the above conditions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. You are responsible for ensuring the product reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Important:
- Refunds will only be issued for items that are in new, unused condition. Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts will not qualify for a refund.
- Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@studioplatt.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if applicable. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Once the item is returned and inspected, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, you must return the original item following our return policy, and place a new order for the desired product.
